Steph grew up in Ft. Worth. She is very much a product of that wonderful country we call Texas;) She attended Texas A&M and studied Spanish, which always seems to come in handy for us at awkward times like not having enough pesos to pay for our items in a Baja grocery store. She left Texas to get her master's in nutrition at Memphis State University. A five year stint in New York City followed before she missed her family and the West, so she packed up and moved to San Diego.

Stephanie is responsible for the wonderful look & feel of our place, and she actually did all of the faux painting on the walls. But, perhaps her biggest contribution is providing the heart and soul of The Cask Room. "I doubt we'd be half as successful without her infectious personality and smile" says Mike. Stephanie loves bold reds such as Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Steph enjoys remodeling and spending time with her friends and family while not drinking wine. Or sometimes while drinking wine!
